• No above ground interments

• All flowers/mementos/etc. must be attached directly to the headstone or headstone foundation (cemetery is not responsible for upkeep of live displays)

• No plants/bushes/shrubbery to be planted unless into a container permanently affixed to the headstone or headstone foundation (cemetery is not responsible for upkeep of live displays)

• Any service/ritual/memorial that is in conflict with the beliefs of Maple Grove Church is prohibited

• Maple Grove Cemetery is not responsible for any items left at the cemetery or items stolen or removed from this cemetery

• Structural vault required for all burials (including cremains)

• No scattering of cremains

• No grave blankets or fences

Any item left a the cemetery that detracts from the beauty or reverence of the cemetery will be removed at the cemetery’s discretion. In addition, any item at the cemetery that could be a hazard to other families/visitors or cemetery maintenance personnel will be removed at the cemetery’s discretion.
